CARLA KEEN SHE/THEY

Co-founder & Artistic Director

Carla is a theatre-maker who has trained extensively in improvisation, clown and comedy (from sketch to stand-up). She teaches improv and is currently performing as her drag alter-ego Max Velocity in various cabaret shows. She has an MA in Advanced Theatre Practice from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Now living in Edinburgh, James was an integral part of our initial line-up, and much of our storytelling skill comes from his early input.

Sound & Lighting

TIM WESTERMAN HE/HIM

Tim is the Ministry's resident lighting and sound expert. He enjoys in surprising the improvisers and audience with curious and delightful live AV offers. Tim is a Lecturer in Theatre Technical Arts at Conservatoire East, West Suffolk College.

Mark has been improvising for over 10 years and has trained with teachers from the UK, US (Chicago) and New Zealand. He has a particular interest in storytelling and narrative journeys. Mark is also our resident philosopher, often giving our shows that extra layer of context which makes them memorable and meaningful.

ERICA DUPUY SHE/HER

Co-founder & Performer

Erica is a multi-talented improviser, 
actor, stand-up comedian and teacher. She is an extremely physical performer, often channelling her experience as a trained aerial hoop artist. Erica is the Course Director for Level 3 students at Conservatoire East, West Suffolk College.
